Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Returns receive a 100% refund after goods are received and checked. The refund will be sent immediately directly through the customer's Etsy account.
